Mango and Avocado Smoothie
1. Ripe avocado (1/4 cup)
2. Lime juice (1tbsp.)
3. Fresh mango, cut into cubes (1/4 cup)
4. Sugar, or other forms of sweeteners (1 tbsp.)
5. Vanilla yogurt, or any other form (1/4 cup)
6. Ice cubes – 8 pieces
7. GGG Kratom (as per recommended dosage)
Once you have all the ingredients at place, you need to put them in a mixer and blend till it starts looking like a smooth cream. Strawberries or a few extra mango cubes could help in enhancing the flavor.
