What shipping methods do you offer?


We proudly ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx!




Do you ship discreetly?


We ship your products with privacy in mind. You will receive your package with only our return label listed.




Do you accept offline orders?


We accept phone orders and wire transfers. You must contact us directly in order to use offline payment methods.




How long does it take to get my package?


Depending on the carrier, normally 3-5 days. However, factors that could delay your package include major holidays, weather, or other unforseen circumstances caused by a carrier.




Do you ship to P.O. boxes?


Yes, we proudly ship to USPS P.O. boxes!




What is your return policy?


Contact us directly if you have an issue with your product. We will do our best to work with you depending on the situation. We've never had anyone ask for a return, so we doubt you will!




Do you lab test your products?


We use a third-party lab to test all products before they reach you. Our lab is certified with the AHPA and if any product fails the lab tests, it gets reported immediatly to the FDA and never reaches your door. We have never in all of our years of business had a lab result come back failed!




Do you offer free shipping?


For most items, yes! Some products may require other items to be included for free shipping.




If I have a question about your product, what do I do?


*Please contact us directly if you have any questions about our product. *We can not offer medical advice on any of our products! We are not licensed medical professionals and do not posses the knowledge that a doctor can. If you have a question if how our products effect you, you must contact a doctor directly!

We back all of our prodcuts 110%! Every product is lab tested independantly, and we have direct contact with those labs to ensure all of our products are the best quality possible.
